§ 1
1.The administrator of the personal data collected via the website available at: www.ext.BTP.link (hereinafter: the Website) from the entities using the Website (hereinafter: Users) is FORCETOP Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Chotów (registered office and delivery address: Chotów 24B, 63-460 Nowe Skalmierzyce), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000294132, by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Department of the National Court Register; NIP: 6182072303, REGON: 300726319 and e-mail address: info@BTP.link, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
2.The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the protection of Users' personal data in accordance with the provisions set out in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 2014.1182, i.e.), in a manner that prevents access by unauthorised third parties.
§ 2
1.The Administrator shall apply security measures to protect the data from loss, misuse or unlawful modification.
§ 3
1.During the registration in the system the following User data is collected: e-mail, password, name and surname, address, shipping address, telephone number, NIP.
2.When placing an order by the registered User, the following User data is collected: host, IP, browser information, e-mail, password, name and surname, address, shipping address , telephone number, Tax Identification Number.
3.Data collected when subscribing to the newsletter are: e-mail and IP address.
4.During direct contact with the Administrator using the live supporter program the following User data is collected: host, IP, country, browser information, e-mail, first and last name.
5.Additionally, when using the Service, the following information is collected automatically: host, IP address, information concerning browsers, access time, addresses of pages visited in the Service, website address from which the User moved to the Service.

1.Giving personal data is voluntary, however, lack of consent for processing of User's personal data by the Administrator will make it impossible to realize objectives and services provided in the Service.
2.User has the right to inspect the entrusted personal data, the right to demand its update and the right to demand its deletion.
3.In order to exercise the rights under item 2, a message with the relevant request should be sent to the following email address: info@BTP.link or use the tools available in the Service, which make it possible to contact the Administrator.

1.The Website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.
2.Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device of Service User and are designed to use websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, time of storing them on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
3.Cookies are used, among others, in order to:
- adjusting the content of websites of the Service to User preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize Service User device and appropriately display website, tailored to its individual needs;
- creation of statistics that help to understand how users of the Website use websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content;
- maintaining a session of the Service User (after logging), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each subpage of the Service.
4.There are two main types of cookies used within the Service: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored in the final device of the User until logging out, leaving the website or switching off software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored in the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
5.In many cases, the software used to browse the Internet (web browser) by default allows you to store cookies in the final device of the User. Users of the Website may at any time change their settings concerning cookies. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their timely placement in the equipment of User of the Service. 1.It is possible to disable cookies by checking or setting the appropriate box in your browser. And so:
a. in Mozilla Firefox browser
b. in Microsoft Edge browser
c. Google Chrome browser
d. browser Opera
e. the Safari browser
f. in smartphones and tablets there are often other rules to disable cookies, so you should read the privacy options in the documentation on the device manufacturer's website.
2.The Administrator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

1.The personal data that the User entrusts to the Administrator, in particular name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, are processed in order to:
a. to conduct sales on the Internet platform made available by Forcetop, including, among others, logging into the Service, using additional functions of the Service and placing orders faster,
b. to perform any services provided by the Administrator to the User, as defined by the Terms of Service,
c. the data may be transferred to a company collecting the payment and will be used by this company only and exclusively to realize the payment and any actions connected with it. Providing this data is necessary for the realization of the order,
d. to be reviewed by the company dealing with the Service software in order to repair errors and implement modifications,
e. to send marketing data by the Administrator, including data concerning provided services and other commercial information (with prior additional consent). You can resign from receiving such information at any time.
2.Data collected automatically may be used to analyze User behavior, collect demographic information about Users, or to personalize the Service.
3.Administrator may be obliged to provide information concerning Users' personal data to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
